LA Historic Side City Tour

Start your journey back in time at the original Spanish mission, Mission San Fernando Rey de Espana, the largest of the California missions. Then ride on over and enjoy exploring more history as you walk through the Autry National Center of the American West (as in Gene Autry, the singing cowboy).

Enjoy a beautiful California sunset as you visit the oldest section of Los Angeles. Tucked beneath skyscrapers and between Union Station and Chinatown, are 27 historic buildings comprising the pedestrian-only El Pueblo Historical Monument, the 1781 birthplace of Los Angeles. Be sure to feast on authentic Mexican food at any of the numerous restaurants that surround you.

The Getty Center

Majestically positioned atop the hills of Los Angeles sits the spectacular J. Paul Getty Center. This architecturally modern museum is a showcase for numerous European paintings, drawings, sculpture, illuminated manuscripts, decorative arts, and European and American photographs.

Ronald Reagan Library & Museum

From Hollywood actor to President of the United States, his storied career spanned more than five decades. His legacy thrives at The Reagan Library and final resting place which is the largest of the 13 federally operated presidential library and features rotating temporary exhibits in addition to the permanent exhibit covering his lifetime highlights - his values, actions and spirit of determination

Be sure your tour includes a full-scale replica of the Oval Office, exhibits of the Reagan Ranch and Camp David, his Presidential retreat. The hilltop grounds provide a re-creation of a portion of the White House Lawn, and a piece of the Berlin Wall. Air Force One which was utilized during his administration as well as Presidents Carter, Ford, Clinton and the Bush's is also showcased at the Air Force One Pavillion.

A Queen and An Aquarium - only in Long Beach

Come aboard and explore The Queen Mary's history and discover the storied past of this luxury ocean liner. The Behind the Scenes Guided Tour of the historic ocean liner and Word War II troopship include viewing the restored areas that have been under wraps since her final voyage in 1967, including the Isolation Wards and the aft Machine Rooms. Be sure to include the "Diana:Legacy of a Princess" exhibit as part of your tour.
